Canyon Creative was founded in 1996 by Dale and Ann Sprague because of an incredible opportunity we couldn’t resist. To move to Las Vegas and open a business to be a creative resource for one of the top casino-resorts in the world. How could we say no? We had the business chops to do it, but did we want to move everything we owned from Orlando to Las Vegas?
Why not? And, so we did.
The desert and mountains were a dramatic change from flat, humid Orlando. We learned to relish the difference. It’s a dry heat, right? In 1970, when Elvis first took the stage, the population was 125,787. How times have changed. The metro Las Vegas population has gone from a little over 1,000,000 to nearly 2,899,000 since we arrived.
In the past 27 years, we’ve also had some incredible clients. Some are large. Some small. Major players in their industries to eager start-ups looking to make it big. Each, in their own way, has been challenging and exciting.
The Canyon team has been together for years, working collectively and independently, to strategize, design, write, program and create. By now we’ve become a well-oiled machine, capable of taking on just about anything thrown our way. We couldn’t do it without these amazing people who make it happen every day. We are thankful for them being in our lives.
