Assured provides on and off-site document shredding services as well as document storage. We provide locking receptacles for placement around offices to protect the confidentiality of the documents as well as purging service for documents that have met their retention period. Documents will either be shred in our trucks in the businesses parking lot or transported back to our secure facility to be destroyed. Each year, we shred and recycle over 19 million pounds of paper. We store over 400,000 cubic feet (approximately 1 billion individual documents) of records for various organizations. In addition to the document shredding /storage operations, Assured also provides Document Imaging/Scanning, PC/IT Asset Recycling, and Hard Drive Destruction.
We are a family run business that my wife and I started in 2000 out of our home. We now employ over 50 people, operate shredding / recycling facilities in Las Vegas, NV Phoenix, AZ, and Tucson, AZ. We heavily focus on security and customer service, each of our offices are fully staffed with service representatives. Our phones are always answered by a live person and do not have any type of dial by phone directory or voicemail.
