We are a private-client winery where customers decide the type of wine they would like to make. We order the grapes and, with our tutelage, customers perform the hands-on processes of crushing, pressing, racking, and bottling throughout a 9-month period. At the end of the 9 months, customers take home 20 cases of their own handcrafted California, Chilean, and /or South African wines.
